Director Statement

Creating this film was a tremendous learning experience! I really wanted to have fun with this project and create a set environment that was a blast to be a part of. I quickly came to realize that time is everything and falling behind schedule can cost you big time. It forced us to really focus and work into the late hours of the night to complete shooting. Which ruined the fun vibe I was looking for. I'm a strong believer in creating something with real craftsmanship that is also a good time. Many people take things too seriously. You can have your cake and eat it too! Obviously "Uno" takes a lot of inspiration from "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" and I hope that comes across. Despite a few things, this project came out exactly how I wanted it to. As a fun little parody with my own unique twist and I'm extremely proud of it! I hope you enjoy it!
