Adam is an uncle of his niece named Citra.
Citra, who has mental retardation, was raised by her uncle since she was a toddler, because both of Citra's parents had died due to natural disasters.

Born in North Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, May 16, 1974. started his career in the Indonesian film industry as a creative coordinator with production designer Deni Christantra for Sinemart in 2004, then became a Line producer and CoProducer at Christantra Hariwijaya Entertainment in 2006.

This is a film that tries to figure out the brutality indignation of an Uncle named Adam , a Marine veteran who is celibate,
He very loves his nephew as like as his own daughter, whom he raised and take care as a toddler.
And it's described when a nephew he loved was raped which made the Uncle feel compelled to take a revenge.
