Two Harbors Pilot
Dr. Amy Barnes is a talented young triage Surgeon at Boston Medical. After retiring from military service as a Medic, Amy has settled into civilian life: Promising medical career at a top hospital, a close group of friends and a loving Fiancé. An opportunity to run her own clinic with a cutting edge remote emergency rescue program compels her to put her life on hold to pursue her dreams. As she becomes enmeshed with the Lake Superior Community of Two Harbors, Amy begins to question whether the life she was building for herself in Boston was the right choice after all.

Brian has been working in the entertainment industry since he was 10 years old, winning a Midwest Emmy Award for his performance on a local St. Louis Television program. Brian went on to pursue acting in Los Angeles and transitioned to working behind the scenes as a television and new media Producer. He is a Partner in the Emmy and Telly Award winning YouTube Channel "How to Make Everything" and currently works and resides in the Twin Cites.
Living in Minnesota, the North Shore of Lake Superior is like traveling to the East Coast of New England. The lake is so large, many of its behaviors and weather systems seem more like that of the Sea rather than a fresh water lake. Likewise, the communities you find living along the North Shore are much more eclectic and worldly than you might picture when you think of the movie "Fargo".
The City of Duluth has regularly been listed as one of the best places for quality of life, despite the harsh winters. The City is growing and "in real life" just built a billion dollar cutting edge medical center downtown.
The rest of the story I've constructed is fiction, but the locations, personalities and logistics in my story are based on real people and places. I think this region is still very much untouched and unexplored thematically, and it is rich with stories.
