Writer Statement

Living in Minnesota, the North Shore of Lake Superior is like traveling to the East Coast of New England. The lake is so large, many of its behaviors and weather systems seem more like that of the Sea rather than a fresh water lake. Likewise, the communities you find living along the North Shore are much more eclectic and worldly than you might picture when you think of the movie "Fargo".
