We love films. And we love sandwiches.

Making films is a lot like making sandwiches. And when all the right ingredients come together, the result is delicious.

The Twin Falls SANDWICHES Film Festival was created by filmmakers to celebrate independent filmmaking and showcase unique films.

Our inaugural event was a tremendous success with 13 filmmakers (and cast and crew) in attendance. Over $1750 in cash and prizes were awarded, and guests enjoyed treats and goodies from our generous sponsors including Twin Falls Sandwich Company, Glanbia Nutritionals, CLIF bars and Twin Beans Coffee. Screenwriters also participated in a table reading of excerpts from six scripts by local actors.

The 2 day festival is held in the historic Orpheum Theatre in Twin Falls, ID, nestled in the Magic Valley. Twin Falls is surrounded by majestic mountains, water falls, and the Snake River. Guests enjoyed the beautiful fall weather and took advantage of the outdoor activities available within a short drive.

Come join us for film, fellowship and sandwiches.

Twin Falls Sandwiches Film Festival is a top notch fantastic festival. The films are of high quality with perfect technical exhibition. The festival screenings were highly attended with enthusiastic viewers and an opportunity to meet and ask the filmmakers questions. The festival has a laid-back, friendly feeling, with great comedic performances by the festival directors between showing. Very fun, Highly recommended.

I was unfortunately not able to attend the festival, but the communication was great throughout, Ray was super positive about my film, and they made me feel great from a distance. I would definitely submit here again and next time do all I can to attend, as from all I saw and read it seems to be a wonderful experience for both the filmmakers and the audience, the way a festival should be.

I instantly fell in love with this festival. From the venue to the town, it was the best time I had at a film festival. I look forward to entering any of my future projects to this festival again and again and again. Ray, Katie, and Steve are the best people to experience cinema with. Their comedy and showmanship alone will make you want to come back for more.

  • It’s a fun venue I really enjoyed the films they selected and I won a 2lb block of cheese! Who could ask for more from a festival?

  • I can't begin to say how awesome this festival is. Ray, Katie, and Steve were so gracious, sincere, and funny! They really care about the indie filmmaker and screenwriter. The attending filmmakers were very cool which made networking very easy. Also, the theater is wonderful. The films looked and sounded great.
