Twila LaBar is a filmmaker, director, songwriter and musician. LaBar made her narrative film directorial debut in the independent film, "Blanche," filmed on location in Marfa, Alpine and Fort Davis, Texas. She is currently in post-production on a documentary film about ROCK (Ride On Center for Kids), an Equine-Assisted Therapy center in central Texas.
LaBar is an award winning songwriter. Her extensive background in songwriting and music production made transitioning into filmmaking a natural next step. LaBar composed songs for the "Blanche" film soundtrack.
