Writer Statement

I am an Indigenous writer writing about snow, northern settings, and the future. I enjoy writing Indigenous protagonists as much as I enjoy watching writing in action on TV, film, and stage. My writing showcases themes from my culture(s) and landscapes where I grew up and still live - Alaska.
