Writer Biography - Carolyn ReAnne Hughes

Carolyn Hughes is an up and coming filmmaker and screenwriter. Born in South Carolina, she has always been fascinated with the arts and entertainment. Being a cheerleader in middle and high school, she was always into the arts but had no clue what she wanted to do for her future. The Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical came out in 2006 and that's when Carolyn realized that she wanted to be an actress. After high school, she began doing extra work. Working on the hit Cinemax Original tv show, Outcast for 2 seasons. There, she learned the ends and out of being an actress and what goes on behind the scenes. Later in life, she continued to do more extra work, working on movies such as, Jumanji: The Next Level, and Paramount+ Secret Headquarters. Furthering her career in entertainment, she enrolled in The Los Angeles Film School at age 28. Continuing in school, she has now created 2 short films and plans on doing a lot more.
