Blaise Williamson is 17 from Ontario. She is in her graduate year of high school. She loves rock climbing, acting, and photography. She is currently a student drama teacher and a SHSM Arts and Culture Major. She looks forward to every opportunity to share her creative talents.
Trust Fall was inspired by modern-day fears of government control as well as the blind trust we put in the systems in place for us. The aim is to make people think about the world around them with a sense of skepticism.
Trust Fall started as a project for her university application portfolio but has evolved to become so much more than that. Blaise poured her heart and soul into this piece, taking inspiration from one of her favourite films, Get Out (Jordan Peele 2017). She hopes everyone who sees it enjoys the film as much as she enjoyed making it.
