They call themselves "Wild farmers", and as farmers they manage nature's wild resources with care and consideration. They harvest the forest's wild produce and today offer approximately 250 different products in plants, mushrooms, berries, seaweed and kelp. Everything is harvested gently, so that the species persist year after year. In addition to delighting guests at commercial kitchens around the country with their delicious catch, they hold courses and carry out extensive dissemination to spread knowledge about wild, edible plants in the wilderness and what an enormous food resource we can enjoy in the forest and on the shore.
