Trojan Film Festival

After an incredibly successful 1st year, Trojan Film Festival (formally known as The Lockdown Film Festival) is excited to announce that we are back for our 2nd year! We are open to film makers and creatives from all around the world, with the main focus being to provide exposure and recognise the acheivements of all.

We encourage submissions from all backgrounds and abilities and all genres are welcomed*

Trojan Film Festival is run in association with Saxon Productions Ltd.
All funds raised from the festival will help us to finance our projects whilst we promote yours. We are film makers supporting film makers.

The winner will receive an online laurel of which they can use at their own discretion.

Submission
All submissions must be made through the FilmFreeway Website. We will not accept submissions on any other platform.

*We do not accept submissions containing pornographic material. If you are unsure, please contact us.

Selected Films
All selected films will be notified via email only.
The winners will be shared on Social Media.

Awards
There is no cash prize. The winner will have access to a laurel of which they can use at their own discretion.

Fees
Each entry is non-refundable. The entry fee is not refundable for films that did not get selected. Entries will not be processed without entry fee payment. All funds raised will be put towards Saxon Productions Ltd films.

Copyrights
By submitting your film to our festival you have the option of allowing your trailer/poster to be uploaded/embedded on our Facebook page. The filmmaker/institution that is submitting the film must own the rights to do so and is responsible for the content they are providing. By submitting, the filmmaker allows Trojan Film Festival to create an individual post of their film on their Facebook page without infringing the copyright of any kind of form. Filmmakers can make a request to remove the film link at any time.
Scripts will not be shared online in any format, only the poster, if applicable.

Festival Committee
The decision of the Festival Committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The decision of jury members will be final and accepted by all no inquiries or arguments will be entertained The organiser's reserve the right not to award any or all of the prizes. Festival Director reserves the right to take all decisions about the festival.

Disclaimer
The applicant agrees to have read and accepted the rules & regulations for participation in Trojan Film Festival. The applicant confirms that he/she has the requisite authority or has obtained the requisite authority from the producer/right holder to enter this film in Trojan Film Festival. Under NO circumstance, the authorities of Trojan Film Festival will not entertain or be answerable to anyone else apart from the applicant.

I did not even get a notice that i got selected and no information at all of the festival and the webpage is just a facebook page about a productioncompany. I just found out i got selected by checking my self. NO way of knowing the winners and so on.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. You should have received several confirmation emails, firstly to let you know that you were selected to be in the festival and from there, further communication would have detailed your place within the semis and finals. Alternatively, if you were not included in the festival, you should have also been notified.

Should you wish to give us another chance this year, please contact us and we would be happy to give you a complimentary entry to the category of your choice.
