Tres (Subt. Español-ingles)

We were born into a middle class family in northern Mexico in the early 70's and grew up at a time when the area was beginning to transition from rural to industrial life. In the mid '90s we graduated from a technical university and, like most of our family and friends at the time, we wanted to be employees at a Maquiladora Automotive company. One evening in 1997, we both decided to take a different path. Veronica went to San Miguel to study painting and art and Cesar applied to Germany for a voluntary social year. Later Veronica also went to Germany and studied glass art there. Germany definitely changed our lives, we found that we can combine our experiences and efforts. Cesar later went to China and spent ten years there learning languages and doing all sorts of odd jobs. The result of all this is what we present here today, a look at living, learning and working in three different TRES cultures
