TreCosta Entertainment was created in the Appalachian state of West Virginia. Founded by Joshua A. Taylor, Barry Michael Dailey, and Ammie Ruddle, this production focuses on scripted stories made for the revitalization of cultural values, creating a strong and healthy influence over all communities.
This company is currently under the leadership of Joshua and Barry. They are both writers and actors, with years of experience in television and film. Having both been reared in the state of West Virginia, they both believe that Appalachian storytelling is one of the unique qualities of the people in the area. They pride themselves on their roots, and have set out to tell stories to the world, that are just as enriched as their upbringing.
TreCosta Entertainment has begun submitting its first feature, titled "In the Name of Me and You", to all accepting festivals. The TreCosta team plans to make a name for themselves in the film maker's community, and hopes to continue making quality work in the future industry of arts and entertainment.
The TreCosta Entertainment Co, is a proud member of the West Virginia Film Guild and gives its full support to the West Virginia Film Office. They are thankful for the return of the state's tax credit, and all venturing filmmakers that use the area's diverse terrain, for their storytelling backdrop.
