Director Biography - Nicholas V Andros

Nicholas graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2021, from the Cinema department with a concentration in screenwriting. He wrote, directed and produced the award-winning short film "Ducks" while still at Columbia College Chicago. The huge positive festival response has inspired Nicholas to pursue independent film. He wants to tell stories that open people's mindsets and give them a new perspective other than what his audience members are used to.

Nicholas’ newest film “Trattoria” is a project which challenged his skills as a director because of the variables of shooting on 16mm and directing through the Zoom application for reasons stemming from the COVID pandemic.
