Tari (26), an Indonesian woman, discovers that Nasrin (17), a refugee girl from Iran, her partner in teaching English, has experienced many unfortunate events that have left her traumatized. Nasrin may seem like a bright young girl, but when Tari recalls the day she first met her, she remembers how fragile Nasrin was. With Tari's presence in Nasrin's life, Nasrin learns to let go of the things that hold her back. Nasrin becomes more passionate about teaching English and starts to do more of the things she loves. Both Tari and Nasrin learn their most important lesson: the only way to grow and live life to the full is to give more.
