Tradition or crime?
The project tells the story of a girl named Amina, who becomes the target of a mysterious man named Janibek. The plot unfolds in a cozy café where Amina is sitting, unaware that Janibek is watching her from outside. He enters the café and, after nervously glancing at her, decides to follow her when she leaves.
Amina heads down a dark alley, with Janibek following closely behind, attempting to abduct her. However, a passing car momentarily distracts him, allowing Amina to escape. In the end, she returns to the café and shows the crime scene to a police officer, leaving the audience with a lingering sense of unresolved tension and danger.

My name is Alimbayeva Madina, I am 26 years old and I am an aspiring 3D artist. I come from Kazakhstan and 3 years ago I moved to France where I got acquainted with the world of 3D and Animation. This is my thesis project, which I dedicated to a big problem that exists to this day in Kazakhstan and many countries of Central Asia. Girls are kidnapped in broad daylight for the purpose of marriage and unfortunately most of them cannot find help neither from their relatives nor from the police.
The crimes we've been committing for centuries don't equal tradition.
