We aim to award the best films of the month from around the globe, right here in Toronto.

The pandemic has made it necessary for filmmakers to adapt to a new world of online events, learning and recreation - without sacrificing your passion for the art of filmmaking.

We are a new filmmaker-friendly online awards event, our first edition was April 2021 - see results on our website.

Rules & Terms

There are no live or public online screenings for this event.

Film submissions must be between 1 and 120 minutes long.

The only 2 categories for submissions are:
Short Films (45 Minutes and Under)
Feature Films (46 Minutes up to 2 hours)

Selection status will be:
Not Selected - for films not selected for the competition.
Nominee - for films nominated for awards.
Honorable Mention - for films finishing second place in awards.
Award Winner - for films finishing first place in awards.

Filmmakers will be notified of their final selection status via FilmFreeway and the results will be posted on our website and IG pages that same day.

All award-winners will be emailed a custom laurel and certificate.
