  • TOIHF is a small festival but one of my favorites I have attended so far. The people who go to this festival love indie films and it shows--they are so enthusiastic about everything and its refreshing. The quality of the audience means everything and there is just something so grassroots, underground, punk rock about this festival and I love it. I'm so glad I decided to attend in person even if it was just for one night. My film's Canadian premier was a huge success thanks to everyone involved with this fest, especially Chris the organizer who is super cool, responsive and puts 100% into this fest and I look forward to submitting something every chance I get! Thanks everyone for welcoming this East Tennessee hillbilly to your festival and your country!

Thank you Toronto Indie Horror Fest for selecting our short film Cold Start. We appreciated the opportunity to meet and hangout with other talented filmmakers in a cozy, intimate setting. We were thrilled to see Cold Start up on the "big screen" and to share the spotlight with a number of well-crafted short films. Long live indie film. Cheers!

  • was thrilled to be a part of the Toronto Indie Horror fest with my first short film "Consumed". Both my lead actress and I have roots in Canada and we were really grateful to be able to show this in your festival with so many cool indie shorts.
