Tomorrow's Game
Although Daniel de la Rosa comes from a family of baseball prestige, he has never appreciated the sport. But on the day of his Uncle's ascendance into the Hall of Fame as the first Dominican player in the league, Daniel is forced to embark on a journey through time that sees him (with the help of new friends) restore his family’s legacy and rewrite baseball history.

As a child, Trevor Wilson saw movie theaters as a portal to another dimension. In no other place can the limitless expanse of your imagination embrace real life in such tangible harmony. This led him to pick up a camera at 8 years old - he hasn't put it down since. In that time, Trevor has become an award-winning director and cinematographer, best known for shooting music videos which have garnered over 40 Million views. Trevor has worked on television series’, hundreds of short films, and several feature films, though Tomorrow's Game is his directorial feature debut.

Best known for producing high-concept music videos which have garnered over 50 million views.
Trevor's: As a Director I want my films to touch people's emotions in places and ways that they don't usually unpack. That's why most of my work deals with issues of race or mental health. So a project like Tomorrow's Game is really a unique opportunity for me to achieve that goal in a really personal way. I'm a native Angeleno and a lifetime sports fan (particularly the Lakers and Dodgers), so for me, a film like this is a love letter to sports and the city of Los Angeles which can also carry the heavy weight of reckoning with race and coming to terms with personal loss. And to be able to wrap this up in a package akin to my favorite childhood movies is the icing on the cake. I want this film to make the audience, laugh, cry, and cheer.
Jonathan's: I grew up in a Latino household watching Spielberg adventure films over and over again; it is a genre near and dear to my childhood and development as a storyteller. I’m excited to tell a fun adventure story with the crowd-pleasing tropes, nostalgia, and aesthetic we all know and love. But, I want this story to feel unapologetically Latino, so we’re projecting a world and set of characters that represent the identity of growing up as a native Angeleno with all of the wonderful LA heritage and baseball culture at the forefront. Just like any classic adventure, I want each character to feel grounded and truthful, so we elicit a special connection for a modern era of diverse fans that treasure adventure, baseball and LA sports pride. This blend will allow us to explore a fresh take on what the adventure genre can be and I’m excited to bring it to life!
