Tomas, Alba and Edison
The inventions developed by the Colombian children over the course of the Tomás, Alba and Édison creative sessions, come to life in the adventures of those three characters. Every Time Tomás (8) sees his neighbor Alba (9), he gets dominated by a creative force that leads him to be profoundly shaken and motivated to make plans, devise ingenious inventions and find an excuse to be close to her to win her heart, or offer his help even when it is not needed. The inventions and plans devised by Tomás lead him to get into trouble and unbalance life in their neighborhood. It is only through the understanding of the physical and chemical events and by merging the observations of Tomás and Alba with those of Tomás's father, Édison, that they reach clever solutions and transform the world around them. In spite of all his efforts, Tomás only manages to grab Alba's attention briefly but holds steady to the idea of winning her over.
