Tolga Arıcan is an entrepreneur/influencer who is graduated from Bilgi University, Computer Science in 2007. He worked for several interactive agencies and Microsoft Multimap after his graduate.

Founded interactive agency named Utopic Farm in April 2009, opened 2nd office in Skopje/Macedonia in August 2010; and co-founder of a cafe project which is based on Bloggers-internet startups in Istanbul / Galata called Blogger's Base (BBase).

In late 2012, co-founded Manifaktüre Development House and focused on serving major global agencies as a business partnership.

Early 2015, shifted his focus from agency side to product side & video production. Now partner of Rem People as Chief Product Officer. And also mentoring several startups such as VVP, Menta, Ai Bro! Agency.
