In the vision addressed in the video, we can think of cities as larger living beings, which encompass us, involving our daily lives, their own flows, their needs for matter and energy to stay alive.

Director Biography - Evandro Machado

(Born in Blumenau, SC, 1973) lives and works in Rio de Janeiro. He was an illustrator and designer of comics in Santa Catarina. In Rio de Janeiro, he attends the Parque Lage School of Visual Arts. In 2006, Dynamic Enconters Program, and the following year, he moved to Rio de Janeiro. He participated in "Improbable Landscapes" (Ateliê Subterrâneo, RS). It was included in a Futura TV campaign for the World Health Organization with animation film. In 2010 he participated in occupation proposals, Kxa Preta (Espaço Apis, RJ). Participated in the exhibition "Abotoados pela Manga" (São Paulo). He was part of a Brazilian video-art presentation with the film Red Landscapes (London). During 2010, he received a scholarship in Parque Lage, from the Deepening Program, and his works were accompanied by Luiz Ernesto, Lívia Flores and Glória Ferreira (and which resulted in the exhibition Aprofundamento - 2010 and the publication Entre-Vistas with participating artists ). Participated in the exhibition "Go In No Where" (Parque Lage, RJ). In 2011, he participated in the exhibition of the opening of Ateliê Hermes (SP), the exhibition "How Time Passes When People Have Fun", at Galeria Casa Triângulo (SP), at the 43rd National Exhibition of Piracicaba, and “Curta Cinema", at Galeria A Gentil Carioca. 2012, participates in the exhibition Gramáticaurbana, at the Centro de Arte Contemporânea Hélio Oiticica (RJ), of the individual exhibition Dimensões Variáveis, A Gentil Carioca (RJ), I was what you are and you will be what I am, Paço das Artes (SP), Transperformance 2, Oi Futuro, (RJ), Madness is part of life, Lui Vuitton Galery, Tókyo, Video Art Show Basel / Miami, Miami in 2013, Video Show MAC, Niterói (RJ), exhibition Mais Pintura CCTJ (RJ).
