To Ana
After Ana leaves her only support system, Karin and Julian have to grapple with their grief, loss, and guilt over Ana's slow and painful decline caused by sexual trauma. To Ana paints a voyeuristic glimpse into the world of a woman who is sexually assaulted, and the consequences against herself and those who love her.

Ivy Padmos is a multi-disciplinary Artist from Calgary, Alberta. Believing in the ability to change the status quo through storytelling is the reason for all of Ivy's projects, and the drive behind her passions. As a queer and non-binary individual, Ivy strives to give voice and representation to her LGBT* siblings, as well as to those who belong to other marginalized communities, and of course those who live in the intersections. Storytelling is the most powerful vehicle for change, opinions, and exposure to narratives that may not be widely accessible to the average Joe. As a young artist who has just completed her certificate in Acting from Capilano University, Ivy is determined to continue to create, learn, and leave her mark.
To Ana is a semi-autobiographical of my own journey through assault, but moreover, it is a story of love, loss, and grief. Grief of self, loss of others, and the love that bonds Ana to Karin and Julian. As a victim of sexual assault and trauma, I am no stranger to the importance of true and honest representation of these stories in media. There is power is saying 'you're not alone', and even further strength in harnessing that story to show and apply that statement to those have been through these kinds of trauma. This story does not just belong to one person, it belongs to those who grapple with their own minds day in and day out, to those who cannot yet understand the harrowing journey of navigating trauma, and to those who feel helpless in the wake of the trauma that their loved ones face.
