Tightwad

A know-it-all cheapskate, dumped by his girlfriend after a chintzy marriage proposal, hides out on the streets after being framed for embezzlement. He butts heads with a salty alcoholic bag lady -- until they realize they have the same problem -- overcoming their flaws to win back the love of a young woman.
