Noemi Chantada (Vigo, 1982) holds a degree in Image from the EISV and has worked as a photo and camera director for the last 13 years. In 2016, she founded Islandia Producciones company, to develop other projects, starting with the documentary short film, his first feature: The Invisible Woman (2017), which was very well received at the festival circuit and public. Then she co-directed the documentary “Sorrisos Transformadores” with his partner Oscar Pardo and this year she presented her first fiction work “Thursday Girl”.
Over the years, a new world was born, "one of the swarms of worlds that form, where we only see deserts," as the poet Verdaguer tells us. And also a need for care, attention, but also joy, smiles ... because the wind seems to have taken everything with it.
