Director Biography - Erin Miracle

Erin Miracle is an actress, model, dancer, choreographer, director, writer, and producer originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was first nominated as best actress in a leading role by the International Tournament of Plays at the age of 12 for her performance as Annie and asked to sing at the red-carpet awards ceremony in Heidelberg, Germany. Three International American Apparel Lifestyle Model ad campaigns first put Ms. Miracle on the
map. Her photos were featured in stores, magazines, online, in print, and on busses and billboards around the world. Erin has starred in classical ballets, musicals, staged theater, and movies. Her first leading role in the feature film Dead Kansas directed by Aaron Carter also starring Erwin Keys and Ben Woolf has now become a cult favorite and earned Erin her first best actress award for an on-camera performance. Most recently the short films Thunder and Lightning and The Breakup written, directed and produced by Ms. Miracle were nominated for six awards and resulted in her first award for best production. Erin moved to California on scholarship as a dance major at the California Institute of the Arts, later transferring to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Hollywood to study musical theater. After graduating she started working professionally for Chicago Children’s Theater then gained the principal dancer position in the Anita Davis Dance Theater. After becoming the Director of Dance for the Entertainment Project Erin was accepted into the most
academic Lutheran seminary in the country. She began a Master of Divinity in Theology at the Lutheran School of Theology Chicago.
Since then Erin returned to Los Angeles where she won awards for her on-screen choreography and produced several live dance shows all over Hollywood. A non-profit faith-based production
company in LA called Saltworks invited Ms. Miracle to join their writers’ team on a weekly basis. The next several years she worked with a small group of legendary screenwriters honing her story-telling skills under the mentorship of some of the industry’s best.
