This short film is very special to me. I completed it right before I graduated from high school. Since I was very young, I have had an intense love for filmmaking. As I progressed through high school I found places like the NJ Film School and my high school's media program which allowed my passions to deepen.
This short film is my goodbye to high school. I wanted to make one last piece that really encapsulated that chapter of my life. While writing the screenplay for the film I placed an array of little elements of myself, my friends, and my high school in its pages. While on-screen between the fliers in the background and the very school supplies on the tables, there lies those same elements.
I am incredibly proud of this short film. The cast and crew that helped bring this story to life are incredible themselves. I am so grateful and inspired by each one of them. I am so thankful for all the support and engagement that this short film has reiceved.
