The cycle of life, an unending process about which we know little, neither it's beginning or end, whilst we spin endlessly in the cycle with memory our only weapon.
The experiential realities, which along with time are probably the only ones that really belong to us, something that the Jesuit G. Baltasar has very wisely mentioned, concluding that 'All that really belongs to us is time, even he who has nothing else, has that. Merciless time that leaves the memory, as another muse, to adorn human thoughts. And in thousands of memories the wrinkles that we first saw as children in the faces of our intimate ones and which as another "yarn" extend to our former pink skin, to remind us that the circle of life really follows a steady, untouchable course.
(This work titled 'Thread' is dedicated to my grandmother whom I recently lost. I will always be grateful that instead of fairytales she told me the truths of life.)
