THOMAS POHL - filmmaker, author & composer

Thomas studied music and German language and literature at the Goethe University in Frankfurt. After completing his studies, he founded the Department Studios Filmproduction in Frankfurt am Main, where he is responsible for creation, direction and production. With over 25 years of experience in production, he has realised more than 2000 productions for international brands, institutions and broadcasters. In addition to his work as a producer, Thomas Pohl is also a speaker on storytelling and author of the non-fiction book "Sequencer Works", in which he discusses the digitalisation of music production, as well as the novel "Absender Ost-Berlin".
