Title: “This is the end”
Extraterrestrials are ordered to destroy the Earth. They foolishly collide with a meteorite and crash to Earth.
To repair their spaceship, they need the help of Holger Svensson. They secretly plant a probe in his ear to talk to him.
The spaceship, the size of a marble, is taken by Holger's mother and placed in her jewelry bowl.
Holger breaks into a high-security laboratory to steal a rare metal. He is caught and taken to the police station for interrogation. His behavior is classified as schizophrenic. He comes to a clinic. There he meets the pretty, but somewhat crazy Eva, who helps him escape and accompanies him from now on.
He steals the marble from his mother. Holger realizes that the extraterrestrials are not in his head, but in the marble. They do not think about abandoning their plan to destroy the earth. Holger and Eva can't find out a plan. They are desperate. They comply with the instructions.
They both break into the school lab and, on behalf of the extraterrestrials, mix the necessary chemicals to repair the spacecraft. They refuse to continue and are threatened by the extraterrestrials. They will die one way or another.
Eva throws the ball into a glass of Coke in a reflex. It hisses and seethes. Finally, the spacecraft explodes in a large detonation and destroys the whole building.
Eva and Holger were able to avert the destruction of the earth.
Months later...
Holding hands, they walk through the street. Eva is pregnant. Holger hears a voice in his ear. The extraterrestrials are making a new attempt to destroy Earth.

Short biography
Roman Jenni, born in Zurich in 1962, began an apprenticeship as a decoration designer in a small studio after his regular school years. Already there he was enthusiastic about moving images. He bought a Super 8 camera with his first apprenticeship and shot small stop-motion films.
The choice of career was a stroke of luck, which gave his creative ideas a lot of freedom. When he started a family at the age of 30, he dared to make a completely new start and switched to the social sector, in which he still works today. After graduation and various further training courses, he worked in various institutions with children and young people in difficult circumstances. In workshops, he made small films with them in VHS to convey their interest in the moving images with pleasure and wit. Today he works with adult people on the margins of society.
His unbroken interest in film led him to attend various courses at the EB Zurich in computer graphics and animation. Until in 2017 he accidentally discovered a course with Urs Bühler on screenwriting, which fascinated him incredibly. From this time on, he wrote three short film scripts and various ideas that he will pursue.
