Director Biography - James Weir

James Weir is Sydney-based writer-director and recent graduate of the Australian Film, Television and Radio School.

Always wanting to make his audience sweat, James’ films look at authentic characters forced to make impossible decisions.

His shorts have screened in festivals worldwide and he co-wrote and directed the anthological web series, No Burn Day, which picked up Best Student Series at Melbourne WebFest in 2018.
