Director Statement

This film tells the life stories of a group of women: mothers, grandmothers, great grandmothers and sisters. They have dedicated their entire lives to taking care of us and now they gather to take care of themselves and each other.

As directors, our intention for The trace is to reflect how the protagonists share a very powerful transformation of their experiences. And so, thanks to the mutual support among women, we manage to vibrate.
