December Fades' music ignites my heart causing visions to vibrate in bloom. The passionate story must be properly translated. Timing- is no coincidence.
The second week I moved to Los Angeles, I was acting in a short film. For twelve years, I have been continuously learning through experience on too many sets to keep track of. I am a union actor and dancer that is always observant of all moving parts that create the end result. From filming lead roles in ultra-low budget films on location in Eureka, CA to guest stars on big budget television shows like Bones on FOX, NCIS for CBS, Coop and Cami on Disney, to a recurring role on the new scripted sketch comedy Sherman’s Showcase on IFC, to dancing on the first ever live commercial for The Greatest Showman at the WB, to extra work on the very big budget new King Kong, to even being a Digi-Tech and Camera Operator for Fender’s Play-I can truly say that I have grown an understanding and respect for what it takes to make a successful piece of art.
When asked to turn in an audition tape for a sketch show on Comedy Central, I immediately had a vision. In just over one week, I wrote lyrics, shot a music video with no playback, then recorded the song before editing for the first time for nearly sixteen hours to make the deadline. I was offered more opportunities to produce, direct, and edit music videos, sketches, and one 48-hr short film with a cast and crew of twenty-nine. I never thought I would be a producer, director, costume designer or especially an editor, but I now know that I can not deny the passion and skill I have in making the visuals translate the emotion of a composer’s magnificence.
