Initum, a man with vision problems, seeks help at an ophthalmology office. During his examination, his perception becomes blurred and surreal, leading him to a world full of chaos and mystery. As he battles his own inner demons and confronts a figure called Terminus, Initum finds himself trapped at a crossroads between multiple realities, where identity and perception become distorted.
