This same people were worried about the recent notice they had received about the town's road widening project. On one side there is Chandra fighting for his name, and on the other side there are the people of the town worried about their town's name and existence.

Last time I saw the moon was a personal experience to me. It is a story of the people unheard. If a person doesn't have any documents to prove his existence, will he be considered non-existent entity to the world? and is development the only solution for the betterment of people in rural areas? I have tried to show this in the cinema, but the answers are way ahead.
