Director Statement

This is an experiment using modern equipment to create an old silent movie. For example, in terms of old Jumpcut methods and post-production editing. This film was alot of fun to create and I'm very happy with the result.

The movie is one of my school projects from Nordiska folkhögskolan, but also a remake on a short film I made a few years ago with a friend. I´m very proud of The Great Love Chase as this also is a confirmation on how much I have developed in film making, in the last year.

Inspired by The Great Train Robbery, A Trip to the Moon and Charlie Chaplin.
