The etiquette of a necrophiliac

Dennis is found sitting in the bathroom corner, amidst blood and
grime. He's muttering to himself, arguing with different aspects
of his personality. Coming to an understanding within himself,
he stands up and walks to the sink where the severed head of a
man rests. Picking up the head, he moves over to the tub filled
with blood, where the dead body of his girlfriend lies. From
there, the thoughts he has racing in his mind slowly start to go
into action.
