Inspired by the proverb “an empty barrel makes a loud noise”, some people tend to do more talking than doing. We sometimes meet people like that, or even we do it ourselves but we are not aware of it. This film is made to show the impact or result of this behavior. When we talk a lot but don't act, we don't necessarily harm others, but we will definitely harm ourselves.
