The Starving Artist

From producers Adam Fisher and Monét Tatianna Lerner comes, THE STARVING ARTIST, the tale of an artist’s struggle to let go of a traumatic past experience, who in turn finds out more about herself than she ever thought she could.

Monét Lerner is The Artist, a witty female protagonist with a recurring nightmare of the death of her band-mate haunting her. She tries to move forward in life but nothing seems to change and she’s accustom to going through the motions.

She works up the strength and courage to do what she loves (write music, poetry, and paint) and discovers a way to satisfy a hunger, she never knew she had.

Producer Adam Fisher underlines that although the credits state, the script was written by Monét Lerner and Adam Fisher, the heart and soul of the film was created by Monét herself. “When she said the band-mate should have a seizure.” he knew this film would hold enough strength to touch the hearts of the audience.
