Director Statement

The Gift was the first time making a short film for some of us. Making it for a class in six weeks, it was very difficult to do, but we had so much fun, I just loved every second of it. We're all very proud of everything that we have put into it, and we are super excited to share it with everyone. Peau Khan and Sam Carlson are also credited as directors, as they should be. This short wouldn't be what it is without them, and I'm very grateful to have worked with them.
The Gift's message is about the value of life and what it means to each individual person.
