The Work is Hard and Not Done: Being Black in the Valley
The summer of 2020 was a summer of change and new visibility when it came to race relations in America. But the more things change, the more they stayed the same. The work is hard and not done: Being Black in the Valley took four historic events in the Valley of the Sun and connected them to modern themes: institutional suppression, fear of minorities, protests for racial equality and systemic racism.
