Thomas Crouser Jr. co-founded TOLIAN PRODUCTIONS with his son Julian (Actor/Writer). His past and current roles include Director, Producer, Actor, Casting Director, Co-Writer, and more. Tom and his films have won over 100 Film Festival Awards, including BEST PICTURE, BEST PRODUCER, and BEST FEATURE FILM!
Tom's academic credentials include a B.A. in Business Administration (Marketing) from West Virginia University, a Masters in Strategic Change + Innovation from the University of Denver, and post-graduate credits in Creative Leadership from Stanford.
Tom's career experience includes almost 20 years of leading commercial teams, teaching new managers how to become successful leaders, and producing numerous learning videos.
Tom has been on dozens of film sets (commercial, shorts, etc.), photo shoots (print), and voiceover sessions (including PIXAR). Through all of his experiences, Tom truly knows what it takes to create AMAZING films!
