The Winterfest Variety Show episode 3

This interactive series of holiday programs brings fun and joy into the homes of families across West Michigan while highlighting all of the assets our communities have to offer. When hosting its annual holiday open house in-person became impossible due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the series was launched as an alternate way for the Battle Creek Community Foundation to safely provide family-friendly programming.

Aimed at kids aged 2-10, the show uses hand-made puppets along with other elements to teach positive lessons on inclusion, community and acceptance. These align with the Foundation's three fundamental pillars of Health, Education and Livable Communities.

Episode 3 "Healthy Holidays" finds Sara, Jingle, A.P. and the rest of the WinterFest Friends exercising, learning healthy habits and how to make an alternative healthy holiday snack.
