I am a Writer & Director based in Manchester, England. My style has been inspired by the city that moulded me. Graduating Futureworks university with a First Class with Honours.
I have been involved in various productions for over 4 years. Gaining experience in multiple roles such as writer, camera operator and gaffer. The White Room is my Directorial debut and I believe it showcases my knowledge and skills well and demonstrates my potential as I continue to develop my craft.
I wrote and filmed the White Room while studying at Futureworks University, filming at Futureworks Studio. I was inspired by the idea of what happens after death to those who were neither good nor bad?
This idea grew and I started to think of where sin came from and my philosophy is that what we called sins is just a result of poor mental health and as such the White Room was created. The White Room is purgatory, a therapy room where people are confronted by their sins and work through their issues. A person's last chance to prove they can be better, a chance that everyone deserves.
