Director Statement

Jace ("Thomas"), Molly ("Gertie"), and I decided to collaborate on this film last winter, during the pandemic. We had several "hiccups" and many false starts as a result of striving to shoot the film in a safe way. I, Sanna, decided to be the sole crew member so that we could eliminate contact with other people as much as possible. Finally, after two cancelled shoot days, a couple weeks of quarantining, and a day of wearing PPE however possible, the short was finally completed.

We are thankful for the opportunity to create something special in the midst of hard times.
