Andrew Conlyn has run a successful architectural practice in Fort Myers, Florida for over thirty years. He has had two novels published and is currently refining the pilot episode of his award-winning screenplay, The Venus Prophecy, to be made into an eight-episode limited series. It is an earth-based science fiction story filled with espionage, treachery, and intrigue, featuring a strong female lead, and focusing on climate change issues.
Andrew lives in Fort Myers with his wife and son. His daughter and two grandsons live in New Jersey.
The Venus Prophecy is a classic story of good versus evil as seen through a lens of global warming, caustic nationalism, and corporate greed. It is deeply relevant to today’s world; the struggle between those who understand the urgent need to take action versus those who put short term goals first.
It is also the story of a goal oriented woman who must choose between the career she loves or the family she covets and challenges she faces on the way.
