The Vanishing Point
Loss and renewal, natural and human. The coastline of Louisiana is at risk, and so is the St. Pé family and the Cajun way of life that has been sustained by the wetlands for hundreds of years. When the patriarch of the clan, Paul St. Pé, is injured in a shrimp boat fire, his estranged son Pierre must return to the home and homeland he had fled to confront the unresolved crises.
