Director Biography - Liam J. M. Wilson

Liam J. M. Wilson is a filmmaker and visual effects artist. He has just graduated from Leeds Arts University with a First Class Honours degree in Animation. He prefers to create live action films with animated visual effect elements that enhance the story as storytelling is the core of his love for film.

Director Statement

My graduating film, 'The Utopia Trial' is a culminating work of skills honed through the three years of my degree and years of experimentation and learning before that. The film is inspired by some of my favourite genres; sci-fi, action and western and thus has been an incredible passion project for me.
