The Travel Bug
In this short film, the filmmaker shares their deep and real feelings about the world and their love for travel. The film follows a family thread starting with the filmmaker's grandfather, then their father, then their sister, and finally, themselves, all united by the travel bug. The filmmaker explains that this bug is like a virus, which makes us want to travel, but nobody knows where it came from or who creates it. Through their personal story, the filmmaker hopes to inspire viewers to go out and do what they love, to recognize themselves in it, or to get to know the filmmaker better. The film also explores the different ways each generation had to go about to follow their love for travel, highlighting the differences and what the filmmaker loves about it.

My main purpose of doing this short film was to show how truly deep and real my feelings are for the world we live in. I really wanted to express my feelings about traveling in a way that the viewer could feel too what I felt and hopefully even get inspired to do some travelling for themselves. By sharing my story, I want others to feel like they got some value out of it - to either get to know me better, or recognize themselves in it, or even feel inspired to go out and do what they love.
