All ethnicities and races, all genders, all sexual orientations, all religions, all countries of origin, all languages, all abilities, and all ages.

The Trail Running Film Festival is committed to being active collaborators working towards an equitable future where everyone is celebrated on trails and within our broader culture.

Our selection process:
Our panel of judges will be selecting 6-8 films, ranging from 3min to 25min in length.
We're looking for films highlighting the beauty of trail running in a unique way. We strongly favor films that have not had online releases prior to submitting.

The films will be shown:
On 100+ screens in theaters, pubs, running specialty stores and at trail races all over the world as well as online for our Online Watch Party.

Terms & Conditions:
By submitting your film for consideration for the Trail Running Film Festival, you agree to waive all licensing fees and any other related costs associated with having your film included in the festival. You also grant the Trail Running Film Festival the right to feature your film at additional tour stops and online viewing opportunities beyond the official release date of the annual tour schedule. Furthermore, you consent to the use of portions of your film’s content in the festival’s promotional materials, including the annual tour promotional video and for our online watch parties.

By submitting, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals featured in your film, and that you have secured full rights to all music and audio used in your production.
