The Time Is Now

It was an ordinary day at The Martin’s house Samuel was listening to music with his headphones on. He receives multiple emails from the gas and electric company, water authority, phone company, and the landlord asking for payment in two weeks. Janelle, Samuel’s wife has been out of work due to emergency surgery for appendicitis and is currently at her mother's to recover. This all came as a surprise; Samuel doesn't know what to do or where he is going to get the money. Samuel and Janelle didn't have any family to ask for help; even if they did, they wouldn't. Samuel started to have sleepless nights, take pills, start to feel depressed and lose hope.

Samuel snapped back into reality. His mind went elsewhere, into obstacles, he could face if he allows his money issues to weigh him down. Samuel decides to be stronger than his mind and put his passion for music to the test. Music was his life, making beats as well as mixing and mastering artist tracks. He decided to advertise himself on social media selling his services as well as offering deals to gain attention.

Samuel was starting on a wonderful path however, his audio interface miraculously stopped working. The audio interface is crucial when it comes to making beats, it's the peanut butter to the jelly. Samuel, was back to square one trying to figure out what else he could do. He receives a call from a close friend Tristan. Samuel explains his situation regarding his money as well as his audio interface. Tristan understood his situation and wanted to help. He offered to trade services. Tristan would help Samuel get another audio interface if Samuel helps Tristan with his music. Samuel was back in business. Tristan also sent a few clients to Samuel which helped out significantly. He finally made enough to pay the bills. Samuel was truly proud to call his wife and let her know. He was so grateful he didn't listen to the overwhelming thoughts he was having.
